The heading says it all - market cycles DO tend to punish the outlying areas the most.
That has happened and the south end offers some compelling values. I am advising buyers to take advantage of them.
Rates and inventory are very attractive at present.The time to buy is when you can maximize your purchase. Remember! Following the herd is never the way to make a purchase. When the markets are filled with gloom.... consider buying.

I work in the south end and have NEVER seen so many "for sale" signs. Driving past a typical corner on the South Hill of Puyallup will lend itself to anywhere from 4 to 7 real estate signs! (and those continue on block after block!)
